This exceptional Victorian mahogany partners desk is a rare example in a desirable small size, making it ideal for both period and modern homes where space is at a premium. Beautifully crafted from richly figured mahogany, it offers all the elegance and practicality expected of a traditional partners desk without the oversized footprint often found with these pieces.

The desk features a classic arrangement of nine drawers to the front, all adorned with lovely turned mahogany knob handles, elegant moulded drawer surrounds, and working locks (key supplied where applicable). The rear is equally well finished with a combination of cupboards and drawers, allowing two people to work comfortably while providing excellent concealed storage.

The generous writing surface offers ample workspace, while the quality Victorian craftsmanship is evident throughout, from the warm mahogany patina to the finely moulded details.

The middle drawer is stamped W.Priest of Blackfriars, a well known maker and retailer in office , library furniture.

For convenience, the desk is constructed in three sections—the top and two pedestal bases—making transportation, delivery and positioning around the home far easier than a one-piece desk.
