Victorian Wellington chest was made of mahogany circa 1870. NOW SOLD
This example is the compact size that can fit into any home.
Fitted with ‘the day of the week’ 7 graduated drawers.
The drawers have the original turned knob handles.
These chests were the original filing cabinets where you could lock all the drawers just using the hinged locking bar with a single key.
As this is a lovely small size it can be used in many places around your home and giving you plenty of storage space at the same time.
