Here we have this Victorian ottoman chest, with a deep buttoned leather top.
This chest has brass corner straps that are not only decorative, but were to protect the chest on its transportation around the world.
The base made in solid camphor wood, with the later upholstered antiqued buttoned leather top.
The top opens to reveal the storage space in the interior.
