Edwardian mahogany bedside chest
This Edwardian mahogany bedside chest was made circa 1910. A cabinetmaker used period timber to make this chest that is in the Late Regency style. By family repute, it was copied to match the much larger original piece that was in the family already and to sit in the same bedroom.
This small chest is not only suitable for a bedroom of course but also can be used in a drawing room, hall, landing or elsewhere in a home.
It has 4 graduated drawers with brass ring handles.
The chest stands on elegant splay legs.
