We are delighted to offer you this walnut 1920’s cheval dressing mirror.
This Cheval mirror would have been sold through a top end retailer, probably Harrods in the 1920’s
This is larger than the standard mirrors of this type you normally find.
The mirror is in its walnut frame with a cresting with a carved shell between the shaped dropped shoulders.
The stand of the usual form, with uprights that support the mirror by a pair of screwed brass tightening handles, that allow the mirror to be set at the angle required.
The stand with carved cabriole legs and castors below.
These are fantastic for the home, and imagine it set in the bedroom ready for use when dressing.
