This Large George V mahogany inlaid dining table was made in the first quarter of the 20th century. The cabinetmaker recycled antique timber to construct this impressive dining table.
The twin pedestal supports with the splayed legs that are inlaid with stringing, come off the well-turned central column, and end with the cast brass paw toes with the castors under.
The table has a large extra leaf that you can put in place when you are needing a large seating need. (Although most people always leave the leaf in place as the tables look so good fully extended.)
The table can be used with the leaf taken out.
This table is of an impressive size.
