This Georgian walnut chest on chest was made circa 1740. NOW SOLD
It is of a lovely size that makes it ideal to put in many areas of your home.
The cabinetmaker selected wonderful walnut for the drawer fronts that are alive with colour and movement. He laid the walnut so that the grain and figure follow right up the front of this stunning piece.
The top section (this is made in 2 sections to allow easy movement in and around your home) is fitted 3 drawers along the top and a further 3 graduated drawers under.
The base section consists of 2 half width drawers and a further 2 full width drawers below.
