This Antique oak long dresser was made circa 1820. NOW SOLD
The oak dresser base stands on elegant cabriole legs to the front and the usual square legs to the rear.
It has 3 drawers all with the fruitwood and walnut banding, also brass fretted swing handles.
The top consists of 2 boards, these would have been hand sawn.
A dresser base of a design of this type can be used in so many places around your home.
Quite often in hallways, dining rooms and drawing rooms.
They have even been used behind sofas, where lamps and photographs can be displayed.
