This Victorian mahogany chiffonier sideboard is of a really good size, as it is not too large, but also of great size that will provide you with plenty of storage. NOW SOLD
Below the moulded top are 2 drawers both lined in mahogany.
Under the drawers are a pair of panel doors, that open to reveal a shelf and full storage.
The sideboard stands on a plinth base.
To each side of the doors it has a well carved applied moulding.
We have sold this style of sideboard for many situations around the home. Not only are they great for using in the dining room, but they can be placed in a drawing room or hallway, office or landing.
When this lovely chiffonier was first made circa 1870, it would have been placed in the home of a family of the professional classes.
