This Victorian inlaid rosewood duet stool was made circa 1885 in a top workshop of the day.
The seat just upholstered by our own experienced craftsman, in old gold moire fabric.
This duet stool is of ample size for 2 people.
The seat stands on a turned leg to each corner ending with the original china wheel castors under.
The body is made of rosewood with panels of inlay to the front and rear.
There is a turned solid rosewood handle to each end with fine inlaid roundels to each.
The lid lifts to reveal a storage area that has a divider.
