This Set of 6 William IV bar back dining chairs were made circa 1825.
Each chair has the drop-in Trafalgar seats, these are very easy to recover if ever required although these have a lovely hardly worn seat covers in a neutral cream colour.
The chairmaker chose interesting timber for the bowed top rails, so that the timber can be admired when the chairs are not in use.
Chairs with the bowed back rails are always comfortable to sit at and so you can spend hours as you entertain your family and friends.
Each chair has a central cross bar that has light carved stylised tulips at each end.
The 6 dining chairs have well-turned solid mahogany front legs.
