This Regency style oval dining table was made in the early part of the 20thc. using the classic Regency style and elegant design. NOW SOLD
The table top is secured to the base by solid brass thumbscrews, these loosen so that the table can be displayed/stored with the top upright. The top also lifts off the base so that it is easy to transport and move and around your home.
The solid mahogany oval top with the good deep rosewood cross-banding running around the moulded edge.
The quadruple legged base with the beautifully proportioned central gun barrel column, with the 4 swept legs coming off this with the high-quality square brass toes with the rolling castors under.
Oval dining tables are a very sociable shape and also is good on the eye when in a room.
