Large leather banquet stool
This large leather banquet stool stands on turned solid mahogany William IV legs with the original castors. The mahogany is typical of the period as they used the best dense mahogany that was available at the time.
The stool is covered in deep buttoned GRADE 1 English leather before being hand coloured before the antique finish is required.
Once covered in the fine leather it is secured to the frame by our skilled craftsmen tapping in each brass stud individually, a skilled job but it also requires much patience.
These stools are not only fantastic to look at but also make a great centrepiece to a room where they can be used as coffee tables as well as for seating when you are entertaining with family and friends.
