This fine set of 8 Hepplewhite style shield back dining chairs were made circa 1910. NOW SOLD
The set of solid mahogany dining chairs consists of a pair of armchairs plus the matching 6 side chairs. Each chair is upholstered in the original hide tan leather.
These chairs have the classic shield shape back with interlaced carving with a fleur de lys below the arched top rail. They also have the H joining stretchers, this makes each chair very strong and excellent for the modern home.
