This Globe Wernicke filing cabinet was made circa 1910. NOW SOLD
This design was made for the upmarket domestic market, or an important office setting. It was not made for the standard office mass produced type that globe Wernicke were most known for.
Made in sections for ease of transportation (4 parts) this will be a great addition to your home or office.
Having a full width drawer in the base section and a further 20 filing drawers above.
To each side of the drawers you have the half pillars and the finely carved leaf decoration on the bull nose cornice.
Each section has raised solid panels, all this adds to the high end quality of this filing chest.
