An Edwardian oak and leather desk chair, that would be a lovely item to own as well as a joy to use.
Imagine this fine chair at your desk as you work or research.
The solid oak frame, with the rare feature of the leather arms as well as the leather upholstered back rail.
Our own craftsmen have restored this chair, by sympathetically polishing it and then the specialist leather work.
The leather is secured by 100’s of brass studs that are individually tapped into place by hand. The leather is then dyed in a wine colour, before being finished with our unique ageing process, so that it seems as though the leather has been on it all its life.
The desk chair has a crinoline shape under stretcher and turning joining the legs front and rear.
