We attribute this to be by Maple & Co. who were a prestige furniture maker and retailer with large stores in London, Paris and Buenos Aires at a time when all 3 cities were world centres for the elite and major movers in fashion.
The partners desk has the expected drawer and cupboard formation. Having 9 drawers to the front and cupboards and drawers to the rear.
