This Edwardian inlaid mahogany kidney shaped desk was made circa 1900.
The kidney shaped top with an antiqued red leather inset work surface.
The central drawer above the wide kneehole is a concave shape, this allows you to pull right into the desk.
To each side of the central drawer are the 3 graduated drawers, all fitted the original brass ring handles. The drawers have barber pole inlay and fine box stringing down the stiles of the legs.
It stands on finely turned and legs carved with leaves, ending on brass cup castors with brass wheels.
